How do I add a LinkedIn slide?

To display LinkedIn content on your screens, you’ll first need to connect your account and then use the dedicated LinkedIn template inside a playlist.

Step 1 – Connect your LinkedIn account

Before you can show any content, LinkedIn must be connected as a data source.



To do this:
  1. Go to Data Sources in the main menu
  2. Click + Add data source
  3. Select LinkedIn
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to authorize your account
Make sure you connect the LinkedIn company page from which you want to display posts.

Step 2 – Add LinkedIn content to a playlist


Once your account is connected, you can show your LinkedIn posts using the dedicated template.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to Playlists

  2. Open an existing playlist or create a new one

  3. Click Add Slide

  4. Select Template type: Social

  5. Choose the LinkedIn Post template


What the template includes

The LinkedIn Post template displays:
  1. A boxed layout with preview text and image
  2. Your company’s profile picture or icon
  3. A Follow button or CTA with a QR Code for user interaction
Content is automatically pulled from your LinkedIn feed and presented in a clean, professional format.

Limitations to keep in mind

Only posts you have directly published on your company page are displayed. Shared content from other users is not supported.

Other limitations:
  1. Carousel posts (documents) are shown without images
  2. Polls are not supported
  3. For posts with multiple images, only the first image is displayed
