What Display Groups Are For

Creating a display group is useful not only for better interface organization but also to simplify operations involving multiple displays at once.

With groups, you can:

• set automatic power on/off timers
  

• schedule the same playlist on multiple displays
  

• perform group actions useful for certain apps (like Local Server)
  

How to Create a Display Group

To create a new display group:

• Go to the Display tab (card view).
• Click the pink-bordered box labeled “Create new group.”
• Enter the group name and save.

You’ll find the new group in the list.
To add displays:

• click the "+" icon

• select the displays to include

• click "Update group"

Note: Before creating a group, make sure you have already added your devices to the platform.
You cannot create a group if only one display is present on the dashboard.

Editing an Existing Group

You can edit a group at any time:

• To rename it, click the pencil icon, edit the name, and save.

• To add or remove displays, click "+", select or deselect displays, then save.

Deleting a Group

You can delete a group at any time by clicking the trash icon.

Warning: Deleting a group does not delete the displays—only the association to the group.
