What do I do if i get the “Unable to download the app” message on first display startup?

It may happen that, upon first startup of the display—once the initial loading is complete—the message “Unable to download the app” appears.

What to do

In most cases, simply clicking “OK” (using the remote control or touch, if the display is touchscreen) is enough.
The system will automatically attempt to download the app again, and in many cases the second attempt is successful.

    Make sure the display is properly connected to the internet.
