How do I monitor a display status?

Every screen on Livesignage provides real-time status updates, so you can check whether it’s active and properly synchronized with the assigned content.


Status Indicators

Inside the selected display’s page, you’ll see its current status:
  1. 🟢 On (green): The display is online and receiving content correctly. While in this status, you have full control of the device.
  2.  Off: The player is turned off or disconnected. While off, it is not possible to perform any action that actively involves the hardware (such as setting up a timer, or adjusting the volume). However, it is still possible to schedule content, which will be shown as soon as the device is turned on again.
  3. 🔴 Unavailable (red): The device is not responding (network or power issue)While unavailable, it is not possible to perform any action that actively involves the hardware (such as setting up a timer, or adjusting the volume). However, it is still possible to schedule content, which will be shown as soon as the device is turned on again.  What to do when the display is 'unreachable'?

QR Code Preview

Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera to see a live preview of the display.
Ideal for remote checks or during installations.

Restart Scheduling

This button only performs a content reboot, not a hardware reboot. You can use this button if content isn’t updating correctly or you’ve recently made changes. Click “Restart Scheduling” and the playlist will immediately start over from the first slide.
