How do I upload a video?

In Livesignage, videos are added inside slides, which are part of a playlist. Each video is placed into a specific template that defines how it appears on screen.

Step-by-step: Upload a video to a playlist

      1. Open or create a playlist.

      2. Click “Add slide”.

      3. Choose a video template based on what you want to do:

      4. Click “Select” to upload your video file.

Important note about storage

Livesignage lets you upload unlimited files, but your display’s internal memory is limited (usually around 4 GB).

Best practice: Avoid filling a playlist entirely with heavy video files. Mix video and image slides, and check the total file size before pushing content to screen.
