How do I activate the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Livesignage protects your account with a two-factor authentication system, to ensure a higher level of security.
What is 2FA?
Two-factor authentication is a system that requires two-step verification:
- Your Login credentials (email and password)
- The temporary code sent to your email address
This way, even if your password gets compromised, your account will remain safe.
Login Verification
After logging in with your email and password:
- You will receive a temporary verification code by email
- Enter it in the screen that is shown to you (see image below)
Code expires after 10 minutes. If you do not receive the email, click on“Send me a new code”.
How to enable two-factor authentication
You can activate it in a few steps from your user profile:
- Access the dashboard by Livesignage
- Click on the pencil icon✏️ next to your username (top left)
- Scroll to the "Safety" section
- Activate the “Two-factor authentication” voice
✅ Once activated, the system requires a verification code every time you log in.
