Livesignage offers advanced monitoring and logging capabilities for all connected displays, allowing for precise and timely control over the status of devices, even in the event of malfunctions.
Integrated logging system

Livesignage has an internal log system that allows the recording of any errors, with the relative timestamp. This system also works when the display is offline: the logs are stored locally.
From the single display tab you can:
- Download logs in Excel format, with the complete list of recorded events.
Note: To download, the display must be currently reachable on the network. - Clear logs to free up space on your device if necessary.
Uptime Monitoring
For Samsung, LG and Philips displays, Livesignage also allows you to view the history of the device's power-on:
- Daily Uptime
- Weekly Uptime
- Monthly Uptime
This function provides an immediate indication of the actual time the display has been used, useful for checking for any abnormal shutdowns or for statistical analysis.
Always in the detail tab of each display, it is possible to consult in real time a series of system information, including:
- Model
- Serial number
- Temperature
- CPU and RAM status
- IP address
- Connection type (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Firmware version
- Jet lag
This data allows for a complete overview of the device status and facilitates diagnostic and assistance activities.
