Epaper Philips Tableaux

Initial display setup

Follow these steps to install the Livesignage app on the display:
  1. Download Livesignage’s app on a Windows computer by visiting the following URL: https://myls.io/philips/tableaux/ls.apk
  2. Turn on the display and connect it to the computer using a USB cable.
  3. File Explorer will open automatically. Copy the LS.apk file into the display’s folder.
  4. Use Scrcpy.exe to complete the app installation on the display..
  5. Set Livesignage’s app as the device’s default application.
⚠️  If the device is not connected to the internet, a message will appear indicating the lack of connection. In this case, make sure the device is properly connected to the network.
⏱  After a few seconds, the display will automatically turn off to save power.

Accessing the Livesignage backoffice

  1. Log in to the Livesignage backoffice and go to the Add Display section.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Philips ePaper.
  3. Enter the serial code displayed on the screen.
  4. Click Next to complete the process.
  5. Manually restart the display by pressing and holding the button on the back.
Upon restarting, if the display is connected to the internet, it will automatically sync with Livesignage.
🔁 If not, it will return to the initial screen with a no connectivity message.
