Which display models are compatible?
First of all, make sure your device is a professional display and not a TV: Livesignage is not designed to work on consumer products.
Livesignage is compatible with a wide range of professional displays, but not all models from the same brand are supported.
Here is a brief summary of the main requirements by brand:
Samsung: compatible with displays running Tizen OS 4.0, 5.0, 6.5, 7.0, and 8.0
LG: compatible with models running WebOS 4.0 and 6.0
Philips: compatible with displays running Android 8.0 or higher
Brightsign: only the 5 series is compatible
To help you choose the right device or verify the compatibility of those you already own, we have created a constantly updated guide with the complete list of supported models, divided by brand.
If your model does not appear on the list, we recommend contacting your retailer or writing to us for a technical verification.
